DELIVERY AND INSURANCE

We offer shipping worldwide. All products are shipped via DHL or FedEx whereby a signature is required (otherwise specified).

Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. BlackBoost Performance Engineering endeavors to stock as much of these products as possible. Parts turnover is quick. So, when you order from us, we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in stock. Some specialty items may need to be manufactured and can take 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 4- 8 weeks of the day on which we accept your order. We are not responsible and/or liable for any delays caused due to reasons out of our control, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any products delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by GPP, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight estimate and then formulated via a shipping program. The rates do not take into account dimensions. If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the UAE) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please report to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify BlackBoost Performance Engineering within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
