RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELATION & RETURN
In case you change your mind about a purchase, you may cancel your order within 24 hours, by calling our Contact Numbers or sending an email to us. Any cancellation of an order will have a 5% cancellation fee and must include a valid reason for such cancellation.
We do not offer any exchange or refund on any items purchased through our Site. In the event that an item is damaged via transit, this item amount should be claimed from the courier service company for such damage.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
- IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US at info@black-boost.com or call us at +971 6 740 1535.
- Keep the product with its original packaging and box.
- Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
- BlackBoost Performance Engineering will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from BlackBoost Performance Engineering.
In the event of a genuine manufacturing fault, which can be proven through expert testing, we shall offer an exchange of such item in special and extreme circumstances.
Our products do not come with any guarantee or warranty.
